RYA SEA SURVIVAL COURSE

RYA Sea Survival Course – Harbour Sea School

This one-day RYA Sea Survival course teaches essential safety skills for emergencies at sea. It includes a practical pool session where you’ll board a life raft and experience being in the water wearing waterproofs and an auto-inflating lifejacket.

Ideal for all boaters — not just commercial or racing crews — this hands-on, confidence-building course is often underestimated but highly valuable (and surprisingly fun!).

You're welcome to bring your own kit, or we can provide automatic lifejackets and waterproofs for the session.

Courses usually run with both classroom and pool elements and may require transport between locations. We’re happy to help with logistics.

Courses are delivered by our instructors on-site at our sister sea school, Dorset Marine Training.
