At Parkstone Bay Marina we understand that time on the water is precious and we have worked to ensure the facilities available to customers allow them to make the most of their leisure time.
Parkstone Bay Marina is ideally located within a sheltered bay at the heart of Poole Harbour. Boats launched from the marina have instant access to the harbour, and are only 15 minutes from the harbour entrance and beaches, 10 minutes from Brownsea Island and Poole Quay, allowing you to start enjoying your day as soon as you step aboard.
We offer a range of marine services, including:
Fin keel cradles
Mast lifting (customer/rigger must be present
Boat storage, including under cover
On-site engineers, riggers and upholstery fitters
Our normal office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Sunday. In the marina office you will find information on berthing, fuelling, boatyard services and sea school.
The marina washrooms are fully equipped with spacious showers and changing areas. They are keycode protected to give bertholders exclusive use of these excellent facilities.
At Parkstone Bay Yachts, located next to the marina office and opposite popular South Deep Café, our experienced and knowledgeable brokers are ready to help you through the process of buying or selling your boat. They deal internationally with both used and new power boats and sailing yachts, and will help guide you through the journey. The brokerage benefits from a boat show style brokerage display area, which demonstrates boats to their best advantage while giving easy access to both owners and customers wishing to view a boat for sale.
Harbour Sea School
Our RYA Training Centre offers a range of courses and qualifications including RYA Powerboat Level 2, VHF licence and First Aid. These shore-based and practical courses run throughout the year from our dedicated training room.
South Deep Café
South Deep Café is our onsite waterside brasserie, serving European cuisine throughout the year. The café gardens and terrace overlook Parkstone Bay, making it the ideal spot for evening drinks after work. South Deep Café serves a delicious breakfast and brunch menu, as well as lunch and dinner, so please call to book a table to avoid disappointment if you’d like to eat with us. Inside the café has a warm rustic charm, with a cracking log fire, as well as a floor to ceiling glass outlook over the gardens to the sea. The patisserie chef freshly bakes our morning pastries, cakes and desserts so the aromas wafting from South Deep Café are always deeply enticing!
There is a designated parking area for bertholders, all of whom are supplied with car park stickers. We operate automatic number plate recognition and, in busy periods, there is a parking attendant at the gate, to ensure parking is protected for our bertholders.
We operate CCTV surveillance throughout the marina and outside security lighting to deter criminals. There are security guard patrols overnight and we have linked with Poole Harbour Watch and Dorset Police, who will be supporting us in securing the premises and keeping your boats safe.
Most pontoon berths have access to electricity and some points are located around the dry berth park. Boats on winter storage ashore also have access to electricity. In order to connect please contact the marina office to obtain a meter lead. A £100 deposit is required and invoices will be raised monthly.
All pontoon berths have access to fresh water and water taps are positioned around the dry berth park. Additionally, there is a coin operated pressure wash facility located on the slipway for dry berth-holders.
Petrol and diesel are available from the fuel berth situated at the entrance to the marina. Boats can be fuelled alongside the fuel pontoon or, for those boats on dry berths, we offer a mid-week fuelling service.
