Renew 2012 Winter Layup Package
(Tow from our mooring, haul-out, pressure wash, block off, storage ashore until 31st March 2013, Re-launch, tow to our mooring.)

Once we receive your deposit we will send you an invoice, the balance of which is payable by 15th October 2012

Only one vehicle per boat may be parked in the yard, and space cannot be guaranteed. Overnight parking only when boat in use. No boat is hauled out or launched by Parkstone Bay Marina staff without the specific request of the owner, unless we deem the boat to be at risk without so doing. We would therefore ask you to phone in your request for a haulout or launch, which will be booked as closely as possible to your requested date. We do need confirmation of provisional bookings.
Any invoice for requested facilities must be paid in full by the due date, or before the facility is occupied or service supplied. Deposits will be allocated against the latest facility that is booked. There will be an additional charge for continued use of any facility after the end of the season unless this is caused by delays on the part of Parkstone Bay Marina.
Bookings are normally accepted for the full season only. Any part season facility will be subject to availability and will be charged to the end of the season. We regret no refunds can be made if you no longer require facilities, unless by prior arrangement, agreed when listing with Parkstone Bay Yachts. Boats sold privately within Parkstone Bay Marina are subject to a 1% commission charge. Berthing facilities are not transferable.
All vessels in Parkstone Bay Marina are stored at the sole risk of the owner, and we reserve the right to refuse any or all requests at our discretion. We cannot be held liable for minor damage to craft however caused. NB: Pontoon customers must ensure their boats do not overhang the walkways.
In order to recover any legitimate charges due to Parkstone Bay Marina, which are more than six months in arrears, I hereby authorise Parkstone Bay Marina to act as my Agents for the disposal of my boat, any balance being returned to me. Submission of this online form confirms that my boat is fully insured and covered against Third Party Liability for a minimum of £2,000,000, and also that I accept all of the above conditions. Our Terms of Business, are standard in the Industry.
