Abbreviated Ts and Cs

• Up to one vehicle per boat only may be parked in the yard, and space cannot be guaranteed. Overnight parking only when the boat is in use.
• Boats will not be hauled out or launched by our staff without specific request of the owner, unless we deem the boat or another vessel to be at risk or for our own convenience.
• It is entirely up to the owner to ensure the boat is fit for launching. This expressly includes, but is not limited to, bungs being firmly in place and the fenders being appropriately attached.
• All owners are to read and comply at all times with our 'Customer Safety Charter'. We will not let out or make available work yard equipment for the use of boat owners. This includes electrical equipment, jet washers, ladders or lifting equipment.
• All vessels at Parkstone Bay Marina are stored at the exclusive risk to the owner, and we reserve the right to refuse any or all requests at our discretion.
• Any invoice for requested facilities must be paid in full by the due date, or before the facility is occupied or service supplied. Please note that berthing facilities are not transferable. Deposits are allocated against the latest facility booked.
• We regret that no refunds can be made if you no longer require the facilities.
• There will be an additional charge for continuing use of any facility after the end of the season, unless this is caused by delays on our part.
• We reserve the right to charge 1% commission on boats sold privately within Parkstone Bay Marina and to not allow any other yacht broker to list a customer's vessel occupying one of our berths or moorings for sale.
• In order to recover any legitimate charges which are more than 6 months in arrears, I hereby authorise Parkstone Bay Marina to act as my agents for the disposal of my boat, any balance being returned to me.

LIABILITY

Parkstone Bay Marina shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to vessels or property caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as extreme weather, acts of god or the actions of third parties not employed by us). This includes any harm caused to people entering and using our facilities.

We shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of our premises and shall maintain all our equipment and facilities in good working order. Subject to this and in the absence of any negligence by us, all vessel’s, gear, equipment and other goods are left with us at the customers own risk and customers should ensure that their own personal and property insurance covers such risks.
