The team at Parkstone Bay

Stuart Rawlinson - Managing Director
Since Stuart bought the marina in 2006 as Mitchells Boat Yard it has quickly gone from strength to strength. Stuart is a keen sailor and qualified accountant. After 20 years stuck in a dark office he decided to make a dream come true and run the marina.
Emma Warington-Smyth - Finance Manager
Emma follows in her father's footsteps as a keen sailor, she has represented Great Britain and won a world championship title in 2001. She is also a qualified accountant and heads up all finance and accounting in the marina.
Jimmy Warington-Smyth - Marina Manager
Jimmy runs the team of yard staff at the marina. He is your first point of call for any berthing enquiries. He is a keen sailor and can often be found on his classic yacht. He has a degree in Yacht Manufacturing and Surveying from Southampton Solent University.
Richard Smith - Marina Foreman
Richard joined us from Yellow Penguin in 2005 he is an experienced marine engineer and has 20 years worth of experience in the marine industry.
Jim Carney - Marina Maintenance
Jim is our longest serving member of staff and use to be found in the office until he saw the light and got outside! Generally seen with paint brush in hand.
Tom Bettle - Yacht Broker
Tom joined us in 2008 as a Jeanneau power boat specialist, a fishing enthusiast and a writer. Above all, Tom loves to advise customers and talk about boating experiences to help them in the 'choosing-a-boat process'.
Claire Mein - Yacht Broker
Claire joined us in 2008 from Oceanique. Boating since she was young on her parents' motorboat, she is an experienced yacht broker with a local knowledge of customers and boats in Poole. She has also brought a fresh and modern approach to Parkstone Bay Yachts, focusing on improving our online advertising.
Karen Bartlett
Karen joined us in April this year with many years of experience in the marine industry. Together with Beth, Karen does the marina administration at Parkstone Bay and can help customers with any berthing or accounts queries. She will be working part time but will also be around at various weekends and is looking forward to getting to know many of our customers over the summer.
Beth Collins
Beth also joined our team in April and will be working with Karen on the marina administration. She will also be supporting Tom and Claire in Parkstone Bay Yachts with their paperwork and website marketing. Although new to the marine industry, Beth is learning fast and her bright personality is always a welcome greeting for our marina customers.
