Aquapalooza

This year, we have teamed up with Marina Marbella and invited them into our office so that we can work together in developing the Sea Ray brand. To celebrate this new partnership, customers of Parkstone Bay Yachts and Marina Marbella were invited to join us in our Aquapalooza, Sea Ray's huge party on the water! With the sun shining and lovely warm water temperatures our customers enjoyed a treasure hunt around Poole harbour followed by an afternoon of fun and games on nearby Studland beach. Tender rowing races brought out the competitive streak in both customers and staff and resulted in several capsizes and plenty of banter!

Everyone was treated to an ice cream from the floating ice cream boats that patrol the harbour and then it was back to Parkstone Bay Marina to get ready for the evening's entertainment.

As the sun went down guests were taken on a sunset cruise around the islands in Poole Harbour, on our 1930's wooden river cruiser, the 'Dorset Queen'.

Having recently been restored, "The Queen" provided a perfect platform to enjoy the views whilst drinking Pimms and getting to know everyone. After disembarking "The Queen" everyone was keen to get stuck into the BBQ at South Deep Cafe. Live music played throughout the evening and to mark our first AquaPalooza, paper lanterns were released; the sky was crisp and clear as we watched them fly out high into the night.

It was a fantastic day and we look forward to seeing everyone out on the water and enjoying their Sea Rays again soon!
